This stage forms the foundation for functional planning adapted to the existing environment.
After understanding the client’s needs and site conditions, we prepared initial designs and hand sketches including functional space distribution along with early design thinking regarding atmosphere, circulation flow, and the interior concept. This stage helps shape a comprehensive architectural and design vision.
At this stage, we conducted a field visit to examine the nature of the site and its surroundings, considering their impact on interior design in terms of natural lighting, openings, and optimal space utilization.
At this stage, final plans were developed, including detailed architectural design and complete interior design – furniture layout, material selection, finishes, colors, lighting, and custom carpentry. Colored 3D renderings were also prepared to reflect the final appearance of the house, including garden and outdoor space design, presenting a complete vision before execution. In addition, a building permit application was submitted through the “Rishuy Zamin” system with full follow-up until approvals are obtained.
