As a first step in the project, an accurate measurement of the existing structural shell was carried out to understand its actual condition and establish a precise and tailored design basis. This stage formed the foundation for all subsequent planning and ensured full alignment between the existing condition and the proposed design
Following an analysis of the building characteristics and client requirements, initial sketches were developed for the facades and interior design. This phase enabled the exploration of various concepts, the development of a unified architectural language, and the definition of a clear design direction
Detailed and comprehensive architectural digital plans were prepared in accordance with high standards, including facade design and interior layouts. Additionally, black-and-white 3D models were created to illustrate building massing, composition, and the relationship between interior and exterior spaces.
At this stage, detailed plans were developed, including full furniture layouts and tailored interior design. Colored 3D visualizations were also produced, showcasing materials, colors, and finishes, along with the design of outdoor areas and landscaping to present a complete project vision.
Execution drawings were prepared, including detailed construction elements as well as electrical and plumbing systems, ensuring coordinated and efficient implementation in line with technical specifications.
Coordination was carried out with engineers and consultants to produce complementary engineering drawings, ensuring full integration with the architectural design and structural stability.
Ongoing site supervision and monitoring were provided throughout all construction phases to ensure high-quality execution, compliance with plans and specifications, and the achievement of the desired architectural outcome.
